CCDR currently owns and operates the following apparatus......

  • Dive Support 13 - a 1984 Chevrolet P-van, designed to support the specific needs of the divers. DS13 was originally purchased in 1991. It started it life in rescue following retirement as a Snap-On truck.
  • Our members built-out the interior to include;
    • 4kw Generator
    • 30,000btu Propane heater
    • 40 gal onboard water tank
    • Hot water
    • 4 Bottle Cascade System to fill scuba tanks on-scene
  • In 2007 the interior was stripped and re-built in house
  • Unit was repainted in 2010 to match the other apparatus


  • Dive Rescue 13 - 2009 Ford F-350 with Reading utility box. This unit is setup for rapid response and to tow our SONAR boat. The utility box has a custom made pull out Extendo Bed that carries several sets of dive gear ready to go.

  • Vehicle Rescue 13 - a 1994 Chevrolet Suburban, set up for rapid response and transporting boats and trailers. Also equipped with a custom built Extendo Bed for dive gear.


  • Dive Utility 13 - a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban. This unit serves to tow boats and trailers as well as carries basic equipment.


  • 19' RibCraft Rigid Hull Inflatable - Setup as our primary Side Scan SONAR boat, equipped with a 150hp Evinrude.
  • Several custom features have been added to make SONAR operations these include;
    • High end Lowrance differential GPS chart plotter so operators can accurately track search patterns
    • Lowrance GPS unit is tied into SONAR system so all electronic equipment receive the same coordinates.
    • In-house modified electric cable reel fitted to the bow deck allowing the SONAR fish to be towed off the bow. This allows for cleaner SONAR return and better boat maneuvering with the fish deployed
    • 15" High-bright waterproof monitor mounted on the console so both the boat and SONAR operators can see image return.


  • 17' Zodiac Inflatable - equipped with a 115hp Evinrude


  • 14' Achilles Inflatable - equipped with a 30hp Johnson. Small enough to be carried, mostly used to in-land waters.


  • Special Operations Trailer - 16' Utility Trailer carring gear for special operations including Swift Water, Ice, & Flood Evacuation calls.
